Team Knakal Sales Legacy 2012

Building on our first capabilities brochure, we later created the BK Sales Legacy Book. This oversized, heavy, glossy picture book included more than just photos; it featured articles we had written, summaries of TV appearances, and other elements that demonstrated our capabilities and credibility.

Designed as a coffee table book, it sat on clients’ desks and conference tables, effectively conveying our expertise and the value we could bring to potential clients. This legacy book played a significant role in showcasing our ability to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
